Inspired by potential key benefits from wood as natural and replenishable resource. Burning wood can be considered “carbon neutral” because the carbon released was previously absorbed from the atmosphere by the trees. The true “renewable” status and overall environmental benefit of wood biomass depend on whether they are sourced from sustainably managed forests and waste streams. Its very important to start renewable energy industry near the raw material sources. Sumatra island in Indonesia is the perfect site for this industry.
With 6.000 tonnes annual production capacity as the main product, supported by sustain supply chain.
Energy sources in Indonesia are dominated by fossil fuels (43% coal and 27% gas). Indonesia is considered a major producer of raw materials for the bioenergy and biomass sectors, namely Palm Oil, Sugarcane, Rice, Corn, Cassava, and Wood Waste. Indonesia is the largest producer of available biomass among ASEAN countries; both from agricultural biomass and wood, approximately 60 million dry tons of biomass / year (15% from wood biomass; 85% from agricultural biomass). Biomass utilization in Indonesia is only 10% of total energy resources, even though biomass sources are very abundant in Indonesia.
Our factory located in Jambi Sumatra, known for the large plantations and forests, Our factory sit on strategic site
Produced from fresh sawdust, wood pellets are a preferred solid biomass fuel due to their uniform size, high energy density, and low moisture content, making them easy to transport and store.
High-quality wood pellet properties include low moisture content (under 10%), low ash content (under 0.7% for premium grades), high mechanical durability to resist breaking into dust, and a consistent, smooth, cylinder-like shape. Higher density, around 650 kg/m³, is a sign of high-quality pellets, as it indicates more energy-dense fuel.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) function responsible for ensuring that wood pellets meet specific international standards, such as ENplus®, by monitoring all stages of production, from raw material sourcing to final packaging and dispatch. This team uses a Factory Production Control (FPC) system to manage quality, conducting laboratory tests to verify technical specifications like mechanical durability, moisture content, ash content, and calorific value.
